In accordance with Tennessee law, your loan must be paid in full on the due date. Early payoff requests must be received at least 2 business days prior to your due date by logging into your account at www.cashmoneytoday.us or by calling customer service at (888) 870-0078.

FEE SCHEDULE AND CONSUMER NOTICE
Cash Money Today (“Lender” or “Licensee”) is operating pursuant to the Deferred Presentment Services Act, Tenn. Code Ann. 45-17-101 et seq., and is licensed by the State of Tennessee Department of Financial Institutions.
For our services, we charge you a fee at the rate of 17.645% of the amount of loan received by you (the “Finance Charge”). For Federal Truth-in-Lending Act purposes it is required to be included in the finance charge calculation disclosed in the Deferred Presentment Services Agreement & Promissory Note you may execute with Licensee. As an example: for a loan in the amount of $200.00, payable in 14 days, the Amount Financed is $200.00 and the Finance Charge is $35.29. In this example, the Annual Percentage Rate is 460.03%, and the Total of Payments is $235.29. For a $200 loan payable in 30 days, the Annual Percentage Rate is 214.68%. The standard loan term of your extension of credit is based on your pay period cycle.
