2. What is required to get a loan from Cash Money Today?

All you need is your identification information, income information, checking account information for certain loans, contact information, email address and references. You must also be 18 years old, not currently be a debtor in a bankruptcy case or presently intend to voluntarily file for bankruptcy. Members of the military and their dependents are not eligible for an online payday loan. Usually, no additional documents are required to be faxed or emailed to receive a loan.

3. How does the process work?

You complete the online loan application and we will notify you whether you have been approved. If you have been approved, you will be presented with your transaction documents and applicable disclosures to review. If you agree with everything, you will be asked to electronically sign the documents. Then, the funds will be deposited into your checking account typically the next business day.

4. How much money can I borrow?

5. How do I know if I have been approved?

You will receive an email notification once your application has been approved. Cash Money Today reserves the right to make adjustments to your approval until the time you receive the funds in your checking account based on new information regarding your application.

6. When will the money be in my account.

If the application is received and approved by 6:00pm EST, the funds will typically be transferred the next business day. The exact time for availability of funds is subject to your bank’s processing schedules, policies and holidays. 7. When will my loan be due?

For our general payday loans, your due date (maturity date) will fall on your next pay date, which is between 8 and 35 days away from the time you take out the loan. Each state has different rules and regulations. Please visit our rates & terms to see rules for your state.

8. How do I pay my loan back?

On your loan due date, we will conduct an electronic funds transfer debit from your checking account for the total amount due. We also provide convenient ways to pay with the debit or credit card.

9. How are fees established?

Fees vary depending on the amount of your loan, your form of payment, and your state of residency. Our fees follow applicable state and federal laws.

10. Can I refinance my payday loan if I can’t pay the loan back on the due date?

Yes. Keep in mind that payday loan refinancing is not available in every state. To find out if your state allows refinancing, please visit our rates & terms. Additionally, payday loan refinancing allows you to apply for financing to extend the amount of time you have to repay your loan. When you refinance your loan, you must pay off your existing finance charges. Some states also require you to pay down a portion of the principal on your existing loan.

Log into your account at least 2 business days before your due date and determine the amount you want to pay. All payments are typically handled via an electronic funds transfer from your checking account. 13. How many loans can I have outstanding at one time?

Cash Money Today will only allow one loan per individual at any time.

14. If I pay off my loan today, when can I get another loan?

In some states, you will be able to get another loan immediately once it is paid in full. Please see our rates & terms for more information on the requirements in your state. Avoid ACH clearing times (could take up to 3 business days to clear from your bank to our bank) by paying with your debit or credit card which gives you the flexibility to not have to wait for the payment to clear the bank. 15. Can I rescind or cancel my loan?

Yes, but this varies by state, please refer to our rates & terms, your loan documents, or you can contact one of our Customer Service Representatives to explain to you the proper method of cancellation. If you rescind or cancel your loan on time, you will not incur any loan charges or fees. We will set up a draft to your account to reverse the loan proceeds.

16. What if I do not have a driver’s license or state ID?

20. How do I update my banking information?

If you have already applied for your loan, you will need to fax in a copy or photo of a voided check for your bank statement to (888) 870-0079.

21. What if I don’t have the money in my bank account to satisfy my upcoming payment?

You must contact us immediately to set up payment arrangements. If your debit is returned unpaid from the bank for any reason, we will start our collections process.

22. What is an ACH payment and how does it work?

ACH means The Automated Clearing House. The ACH is a national system used for electronic transfers of funds between financial institutions. When the lender presents an ACH request to your bank, it will send the specified amount of loan fees and/or principal to the lender that were outlined in your loan agreement. If the payment is returned for reason of insufficient funds, the lender can and will re-present the ACH Authorization to your bank.
